Dr. Millner served as President of Weber State University
from 2000 - 2012.. Previously she served as an Associate Dean of Continuing
Education, Assistant Vice President for Community Partnerships, and Director of
Outreach Education in the School of Allied Health Sciences. Before coming to
Weber in 1982, Dr. Millner was Associate Director of Continuing Education, for
the Edmonda Campus of Gwynedd Mercy College, and has also been a Lecturer at
the School of Health Professions, Southwest Texas State University,
Instructional Developer in Medical Technology at Thomas Jefferson University,
and Education Coordinator of the Medical Technology Program at Vanderbilt
University.
Dr. Millner received
her Ed.D. in Educational Administration from Brigham Young University, and a
M.S. in Allied Health Education and Management from Southwest Texas State
University, and a B.S. in Education from the University of Tennessee. Active in
the community, she is a past President of the Ogden/Weber Chamber of Commerce
and a member of the Ogden Rotary Club.
